An Impacted Wisdom Tooth

 An impacted wisdom tooth can tilt or twist, or even become displaced. This can lead to issues such as bleeding gums, swollen jaw, swollen gums, and intense pain. Some people with this problem have a hard time tasting what they eat and have bad breath. In some cases, an impacted wisdom tooth can lead to jaw stiffness. 

This is an issue that will always require a trip to the dentist. If you let this go untreated, you might be at high risk for tooth decay or gum disease. Infections can set in, and your other teeth can suffer serious damage.
