Three Dental Myths

1) Flossing can create spaces between your teeth
Flossing helps prevent decay in the teeth, rather than create spaces.
2) It doesn't matter what time of day I brush?
We recommend you brush two times a day, after waking up and before going to sleep.
3) Diet sodas are ok to drink because they don't have sugar in them.
They are highly acidic, so can still cause cavities.
